What the Bible Says About The New Testament ChurchIn the first century A.D., Jesus Christ, the son of God, came to earth to establish His church among the people here on Earth. Once on Earth, Jesus began to teach and preach the Gospel of our Father above. Eventually, Jesus Christ would be persecuted for doing the will of his Father, and would be hanged on the cross, so that all mankind could be forgiven of our sins and have the hope of eternal life. The New Testament Church became established on the Day of Pentacost in the 2nd Chapter of the Book of Acts. The message that Peter preached to those present, still applies to us today and is necessary for our salvation.
